Does the hotel have an elevator?
No. Seaview Beach Hotel is a historic two-story property and currently does not have elevator access. Guest rooms are accessible via stairways only.
Can staff assist with luggage?
Yes. Please notify us in advance if you require assistance with luggage upon arrival.
Is the front desk open 24 hours?
We make every effort to provide a 24-hour staffed front desk whenever possible. Standard front desk hours are 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM daily. Late arrivals should notify the hotel in advance.
ROOMS & AMENITIES
Please note that our property has Three floors. All dining, pool, and beach facilities are located on the ground floor, while the guest rooms are on the first and second floors. We do not have hotel rooms on the ground floor.
If you’d prefer a first-floor room to minimize stairs, we will certainly do our best to accommodate your request, based on availability. Please also note that we do not have an elevator at this time.

No. Room layouts, décor, and views vary throughout the historic property. Some rooms have been recently renovated while others maintain more traditional Caribbean styling.
Do all rooms have ocean views?
No. Seaview offers different room categories including city view, partial ocean view, and beachfront-facing accommodations.
Is Wi-Fi included?
Yes. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel and public areas.
Do rooms have safes?
Some rooms include in-room safes. Safe-equipped rooms may be requested in advance, subject to availability.
Do rooms have refrigerators?
Some rooms include refrigerators. Please contact the hotel directly if this feature is important for your stay.
Is housekeeping provided daily?
Yes. Housekeeping service is available daily between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM.
Is Seaview Beach Hotel a “smoke-free“ hotel?
We are happy to confirm that we provide smoke-free rooms (ALL OF THEM ARE, ACTUALLY:) and will do our best to assign your room in accordance with your preference for a quiet, smoke-free environment. We take great pride in maintaining a clean and comfortable atmosphere for all our guests. For smokers, we recommend our boardwalk seating or on the beach!

Absolutely. Seaview is a popular choice for cruise visitors seeking a pool, beach, food, drinks, and relaxation within walking distance of the cruise port.
What are Seaview's cabanas?
Seaview offers private poolside cabanas that provide a comfortable and exclusive beachfront experience. Cabanas are ideal for couples, families, cruise visitors, celebrations, and special occasions.
Are beach chairs available?
Yes. Beach chairs are available directly in front of the hotel on Great Bay Beach.
Are towels provided?
Beach and pool towels are available at the front desk and may require a small usage or deposit fee.
Can non-hotel guests use the pool?
Yes. Non-hotel guests may purchase a day pass for pool access based on availability. Current pricing is $20 per person, per day.

Does the hotel offer pickup services?
The Hotel does not provide pickup services. The best way to get to the Seaview Beach Hotel from the airport is by taxi; taxis are readily available and easy to access right outside the airport upon your arrival. It’s a quick and convenient option to reach the hotel, and the drivers are very familiar with the area. The transport should be about $25USD approximately.
Can the hotel arrange taxis or transportation?
